1. Returns

• We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
• The customer must inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within 3 working days.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only after verification of returned goods and approval by our technical team.
• Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
• For cancelled orders before delivery, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and processing costs
